About Brett Bergener
Brett is a seasoned professional with a diverse legal, real estate, and background. He embarked on his career journey in Santa Clarita, initially doing residential real estate sales and purchases, where he honed his skills over several years—leveraging his vast network, strong work ethic, and personality.
In pursuit of new challenges, Brett transitioned from real estate to significantly impacting the personal injury arena as a non-attorney. He took on a pivotal role with a small law firm, where he dedicated almost 12 years to driving growth and developing the team he managed. Brett’s journey within the personal injury field began in 2007. He was devoted to the intake department for nine years, 24 hours daily. His dedication to developing and training attorneys and employees in intake procedures showcased his profound commitment to cultivating a successful intake department, leading to the law firm’s exponential growth.
Knowing the intake process and hearing client’s needs for so many years, he transitioned into a new position as Marketing Director from March 2016 to 2019. Brett learned brand development and strategic marketing initiatives. His contributions were instrumental in elevating the firm’s brand recognition and market presence.
Brett’s legacy of expertise extends to his current role as the Director of Business Development at MVP Accident Attorneys, a position he has held since March 2021. He continues to make significant strides in this capacity, driving the law firm’s expansion efforts across California.
Brett’s role symbolizes his enduring commitment to overcoming challenges, finding solutions, and driving growth.
With all of this, his compassion for people has driven Brett the most. He listens and cares for those he works with and everyone he speaks to.
His hobbies consist of spending time with his wife and four children. He has a passion for motorcycle racing, the outdoors, and photography. From riding Laguna Seca to hiking Mount Kilimanjaro and many other amazing adventures, he is grateful and amazed by everyone he has met.
